Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WodNex. WodNex is operated by Ioannis Katerinis ("WodNex", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using WodNex, you agree to these Terms.

1. WodNex

WodNex is a fitness and training application designed to help athletes record workouts, track performance, review training history and access training-related insights and features.

Features may include workout tracking, personal records, performance analytics, leaderboards, health and fitness integrations, notifications, subscription features and AI-assisted functionality through Woddy.

2. Fitness and health disclaimer

WodNex provides fitness, training and informational functionality. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice.

Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, movement, intensity or training recommendation is appropriate for you.

If you have a medical condition, injury, health concern or uncertainty about your ability to exercise safely, you should seek appropriate professional medical advice before participating in training.

3. Woddy AI

Woddy is an AI-assisted feature that can provide training-related information and insights based on selected WodNex information and your interactions with the feature.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your individual circumstances. Woddy does not replace a qualified coach, medical professional, physiotherapist, dietitian or other professional.

You remain responsible for evaluating AI-generated information before relying on it or using it in your training.

4. Accounts

Certain WodNex functionality requires an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Health and fitness integrations

WodNex may allow you to connect supported health or fitness platform functionality, including Apple HealthKit where available.

Access to health information requires your permission and is optional. You can manage platform permissions through your device settings.

6. WodNex Premium and subscriptions

Some WodNex features may require a paid WodNex Premium subscription. Available subscription options, billing periods, prices and any trial terms are displayed through the applicable app store before purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the rules and settings of the store through which the subscription was purchased.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are also subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account settings of the store where you purchased it.

7. Account deletion and subscriptions

WodNex provides an account deletion option within the application. Information about deletion is also available on our Delete Account page.

Deleting your WodNex account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions must be managed separately through the applicable store.

8. User content and training data

You may provide information and content through WodNex, including profile information, workout results, performance information and other training-related data.

You retain your rights in content that you provide. You grant WodNex the limited rights necessary to host, process and use that content for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

9. Leaderboards and shared information

If you choose to participate in leaderboard or community functionality, selected profile or performance information may be visible to other WodNex users as part of those features.

You are responsible for information you choose to make available through social or community functionality.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse WodNex. In particular, you must not:

• use WodNex for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of WodNex;
• use automated methods to improperly access or extract the service;
• upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; or
• use WodNex in a way that infringes the rights of others.

11. Intellectual property

WodNex, including its application, design, branding, software, graphics and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of WodNex intellectual property to you.

12. Third-party services

WodNex relies on third-party platforms and service providers for certain functionality, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, subscriptions, AI functionality, notifications and platform integrations.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operation, security, legal compliance or development of WodNex.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WodNex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WodNex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

16. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the WodNex Privacy Policy.

17. Apple-specific terms

If you use WodNex through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and WodNex and not between you and Apple.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for WodNex except where required by applicable law or Apple's own terms. Your use of the application must comply with applicable App Store terms.

18. Termination

You may stop using WodNex at any time and may delete your account using the available account deletion functionality.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without depriving consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area or elsewhere of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when WodNex, applicable requirements or our services change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
